Forecasting & Performance Manager within Global Supply Chain

Become part of the team
At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join Global Supply Chain - a high performing team of international colleagues. As part of the Forecasting & Performance team, you and 4 dedicated colleagues drive our global volume forecasting process.

Together, we ensure a high-quality volume sales forecast used for planning production and capacity of our products for people with intimate health care needs. In this role you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across our commercial organization and global operations. 

Run and improve our forecasting processes
You will take on the responsibility to drive our forecasting process for a region, carrying out various forecasting and reporting tasks on a monthly and quarterly basis. You combine your analytical skills with a customer centric mindset and ensure that all forecasting elements and activities run efficiently.

Your key tasks will include: 
•    Reviewing forecast with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams, challenging the submitted forecast and explaining the business assumptions behind the methods used
•    Facilitating monthly and quarterly sign-off meetings with global and HQ stakeholders 
•    Adjusting and enhancing our statistical forecast in OMP+
•    Comparing forecast to financial outlook and understanding the gaps and the drivers for growth
•    Presenting and discussing forecast development and accuracy to/with senior management in various contexts
•    Support product launch process
•    Deliver on strategic projects and Must Win Battles

 

The forecasting team is a central function within Global Supply Chain where we work on the foundation for a well-functioning Supply Chain in Coloplast. To succeed in the role, it is important you have interest and flair for working with large datasets and complex systems as well as having excellent stakeholder management skills.

Finally, we see that you:
•    Have experience from a similar or relevant position within supply chain or finance
•    Thrive in a global organization and international environment
•    Are fluent in English and communicate clearly (Danish language skills not a requirement)
•    Hold a master’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or finance
•    Have strong Excel skills, and if you do not already have experience with OMP+ and Power BI, your interest in, and flair for new systems and tools ensures that you will easily become proficient in these
