At our HQ in Humlebæk you become part of the Design Control & Usability Engineering team in R&D. We are a highly engaged team of 13 design control and usability specialists that work in cross functional innovation project teams to develop the best medical devices for our users.

The position is a maternity cover starting from now until 1/7 2022 with possibilities for extension.


Support us with your expertise to a structured medical device product development process
Our key objective is to develop the best innovative products that supports the users’ needs through coherent and meaningful design control, risk management and usability engineering processes. 

More specifically you will:

  • Drive design control activities incl facilitating requirements engineering and design reviews in a cross functional product development team
  • Create design and development documentation to support the regulatory files and to support clinical studies
  • Responsible for the product risk management process and file
  • Provide input to the usabililty engineering process and documentation
  • Update existing documentation to MDR


Your qualifications
You have a degree in engineering, life science or similar and it could be your first job after graduation. When you join us, we will support you in your onboarding and provide you with a mentor and you will have every chance to develop your expertise. 


It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience with:

  • Working with medical devices
  • Driving and documenting design control activities such as requirement engineering, design verification and facilitating design reviews
  • Facilitating product risk management activities and creating the risk management file
  • Working in a cross functional product development team.

On a personal note you are eager to learn and is a true team player, who understands how to reach joint goals. You have a positive and proactive mind-set and a constructive attitude to drive results combined with the ability to plan, execute and meet deadlines.
