As part of the Commercial Development division, reporting directly to the EVP of Growth (Chronic Care Sales subsidiaries), you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence for global consumer engagement while collaborating closely with country leadership teams and HQ stakeholders.

In this role, you will be part of a small, agile Paragon team of three, dedicated to defining what good looks like in consumer operations, optimizing engagement processes, and supporting strong performance management across our global subsidiaries. To ensure successful local execution and impact, we value being on site and therefore you can expect to travel up to 60 days per year.

Drive global consumer operational excellence

  • Lead and execute a high-impact global consumer operational excellence project, including identifying CRM improvements, automating call center processes, and supporting our advanced analytics journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial Process Management, CRM & Commercial Solutions, Finance, Marketing) to streamline processes and drive value across the organization.
  • Develop and present complex analyses and insights in clear, actionable formats to facilitate senior management decision-making.
  • Partner with local management teams to co-create recommendations that drive process improvements and operational excellence.

 

Succeed in this role by having

  • Prior experience with process optimization, call center technologies, CRM systems and AI implementation. At least two years of related experience, e.g. in consulting. 
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of measurable improvements in process optimization and efficiency. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Proficiency in communicating these ideas effectively in English is essential.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration to tackle complex challenges.
  • A positive, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value.
  • A master’s degree or MBA, with a strong foundation in both quantitative and qualitative disciplines.
  • Microsoft Office super user, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential for success in this role. Familiarity with SFDC and/or Genesys is an advantage.
