Your work will give your colleagues tailored and direct access to tools for and guides on compliance, creating faster and smoother processes – and getting our products out even faster to people with intimate healthcare needs.

“We’ll let you try new things and test new ways of working. In fact, we really want you to bring your ideas to the table and create innovation within this area in a global function,” says Martin Lønstrup, Group Chief Compliance Officer.

Gain colleagues from around the world
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will become part of Group Business Ethics & Compliance, which is responsible for business ethics, compliance, and data privacy across Coloplast. The team is divided into 4 regions: Asia, North America, Emerging Markets, and Europe – each responsible for providing guidance on compliance regionally and locally.

The overall team, which is spread across various locations, is comprised of 23 compliance professionals, and your specific role will span across our different functions within the team.

“We have a very experienced, diverse team with multiple cultures and backgrounds represented, which provides an innovative, agile and exciting work environment,” Martin elaborates.

Process optimisation and implementing new technology
In this role, you will be part of designing an automated compliance setup fueled by technology. Specifically, you will be responsible for carrying out process optimisation and implementing new technology through different projects across the global Business Ethics and Compliance program.

Applying an enterprise mindset to technology improvement, you will not only identify application potential but also implement your solutions, ensuring global, scalable business ethics operations.

This includes:

•    Leveraging technology to streamline processes and manage compliance risks effectively
•    Enabling simplification in interactions with healthcare professionals to drive efficiency
•    Enabling continuous improvement initiatives within compliance operations, leveraging data and feedback to further enhance processes
•    Automating away administrative burdens to focus on the next most pressing operational priorities
•    Implementing solutions catering for global scalable business ethics operations

As part of this, you will also oversee our compliance program for the Nordics, gaining valuable operational insight into business processes. This hands-on experience will enhance your ability to identify opportunities for optimisation and implement technology-driven improvements effectively.

Experience with managing projects and workstreams
This role is meant for you if you gain energy from finding new ways to do things – and getting others on board. You are curious about methodologies and technology, you dare to ask questions, and you think two steps ahead when you offer new suggestions.

Moreover, you have solid stakeholder management skills, allowing you to drive initiatives forward together with others, communicate effectively, and build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators

. Finally, we imagine that you:

•    Have demonstrated practical project management expertise and are able to showcase a successful track record of effectively managing projects and workstreams
•    Have experience in managing complex organisational compliance issues and in identifying and implementing organisation-wide compliance initiatives
•    Have experience with business ethics compliance, possibly from a regulated, complex and global organisation
•    Have knowledge of PowerBI and Power Apps along with good presentation skills, allowing you to express complex information and processes in a clear, concise and compelling manner
