In our headquarters in Humlebæk, our Systems Engineering & Embedded Solutions team of 18, is currently working on different medical connectivity projects. We aim to turn embedded software, connectivity technologies, cloud services and mobile applications into complete digital solutions, that will give our users even more control and confidence. 


Develop insights, think of solutions & drive action
As we roll out our first digital products, we will need to explore market feedback from various sources to ensure the products work optimally and according to consumer needs. All of this will take place in close collaboration between the Systems Engineering & Embedded Solutions team, other R&D teams, external development partners and Coloplast support teams globally.

More concretely, it will be your responsibility to:

  • Monitor market feedback and complaints related to embedded devices and connectivity issues, mostly received through our product support function 
  • Write responses to complaints, maintain the status and drive those towards timely closure
  • Perform tests and troubleshooting or escalate to relevant colleagues to gather data on issues
  • Create defects in ALM system for facilitating investigations to determine root causes and maintain status for those
  • Develop and present analyses and reports of market feedback and defects to project teams, partners, and other stakeholders 
  • Participate in projects, providing your insight on market feedback and learnings from those.


Technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to drive processes
You are very comfortable with being the central go-to-person regarding defects and market feedback insights. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you know how to keep a project or process going until you reach the finish line. 


At the same time, you have excellent analytical skills and sound knowledge of software and electronics. Furthermore, you:

  • Have 3+ years’ experience with development, test, verification, maintenance or support related to embedded systems, software design, NFC/Bluetooth connectivity or similar
  • Preferably hold a degree in engineering, computer science or similar
  • May already have experience with medical devices or other regulated industries
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English
