Your career starts here

Coloplast Strive is a 2-year graduate programme for those striving for an accelerated global career within the MedTech industry. We offer various tracks across the value chain with a stimulating learning journey, all while contributing to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.


The programme consists of two, 12 month rotations, one in your home country and one abroad for most tracks. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work. 


After completing the programme, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract.


Welcome to Global Engineering

Starting no later than September 1st, 2022, you’ll spend the first 12 months of the programme in Coloplast’s Engineering Development department in Mørdrup Denmark. Our Engineering Development has functions across automation, AI, neural networks, operations technology, documentation, and standards. Together, we ensure highly advanced manufacturing technology for Coloplast’s global production.


Engineering Development is a team of 13 extremely competent software and automation specialists, a team with great spirits, inclusive atmosphere, and a creative environment. We investigate new technologies, mature the solutions, and implement them together with the global production sites.


After completing the first half of the programme, you will get to embark on an adventure to one of our global production facilities in either Hungry or Costa Rica. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role for you to complete your graduate programme.


Develop and mature new technologies in Coloplast global production

You will join the Engineering Development team on equal terms with your 13 dedicated colleagues to work hands-on with Digitalization of Coloplast global production. We are focused on ensuring data availability from our production machines enabling us to make data driven decisions.


In joining us, you will:


  • Develop new solutions for handling Process Data
  • Develop internal software tools
  • Develop communication protocols
  • Optimizing systems to speed up data transfers
  • Help Coloplast Visualise Production Data to improve processes
  • Develop a UI for our Data collection systems


Above is listed many possible tasks, you will only work with the those relevant for your competences and interests.


We are looking for top Master’s or Bachelor’s graduates worldwide who:

  • Have a strong performance track record in terms of grades & between 0-3 years of work experience
  • Have a strong personal drive and great interpersonal skills
  • Curious and eager to learn, contribute and work in teams
  • Are not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • Live our values and want to make a difference for people facing intimate medical conditions
  • Are mobile and flexible with a strong desire & capability to live and work abroad
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are motivated to join a growing, innovative company
