Your career starts here

Coloplast Strive is a 2-year graduate programme for those striving for an accelerated global career within the MedTech industry. We offer various tracks across the value chain with a stimulating learning journey, all while contributing to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.

The programme consists of two, 12 month rotations, one in your home country and one abroad for most tracks. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.

After completing the programme, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract.

In the role, you will be offered a unique opportunity to apply your financial understanding in a position with high exposure to the business, the CFO and senior management – and do so in a global company that exists to understand the needs and challenges of people with intimate health care needs.

Join our Performance Management team

You will join our dynamic Performance Management team of 5 colleagues within our Corporate Finance department. Together, we work in depth with performance management and key processes such as monthly performance reviews, sales analysis, forecast processes, ambition and target dialogue with the entire organisation.

Be a trusted partner to the business

As you start your new job, you can expect a steep learning curve as you settle into our data-based set-up and processes. As a trusted partner to the business, we look to you to provide high-quality financial analysis and performance insights that lay the foundation for key decision-making at senior management level. Specifically, you will:

  • Support senior management with financial analysis for local and global business needs
  • Complete sales reports and analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Maintain a strong dialogue with our regions about performance and performance measures
  • Update and interpret monthly performance material across the company
  • Work on quarterly forecasts and business actions
  • Optimise and streamline our performance processes
  • Help transform our performance material into PowerBI dashboards
  • Participate in financial projects when needed

"Covid has given us interesting challenges. How do we best estimate future performance in a world affected by increasing uncertainty? I am excited to see how our team and company navigate through that and come out successful", says Bjørn Lund Nielsen, Director, Performance Management.

After completing the first half of the programme, you will get to embark on an adventure to one of our biggest subsidiaries. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role for you to complete your graduate programme.

Can you transform data into valuable insights?

As a person, you have a strong eye for detail and appreciate the importance of being meticulous.
