You will join Public Cloud Operations – a team of 7 colleagues working with identity management, administration of the Microsoft 365 platform and Public Cloud Service Management and Operations. The team is currently divided between 2 locations, our HQ in Humlebæk and Poland. You will collaborate closely with our Cloud Operation Specialist, who is based out of Poland.

As you collaborate with the rest of the IT organisation, you will soon discover that we are all strongly motivated by our conviction to build better services that contribute to making a difference for people with intimate health care needs.

Create and maintain a strong cloud framework across teams

You will be responsible for the governance, cost management and delivery of our public cloud subscriptions and service components globally, primarily across MS Azure but also other public clouds.

A vital part of your role will be to identify and find mitigations for security risks in our new and existing solutions in cooperation with our Information Security and Security Operations teams.

Your days will be varied, but some of your tasks will be to:

• Monitor and create governance structures of our cloud platforms, focusing among other things on cost and security compliance
• Consult with various IT colleagues within our business to ensure knowledge sharing across different teams and map available services and good practice
• Suggest updates and improvements that will enhance our performance, cost, security and compliance in the cloud
• Ensure that the right subscriptions will be created and assist with general troubleshooting

Collaborative and cloud-savvy with great communication skills

You enjoy being in touch with an array of different colleagues and know how to adjust your communication style to create the most efficient collaboration. At the same time, you feel confident challenging them when necessary to ensure governance.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Have a solid understanding of Azure and other cloud technologies and a general understanding of management of infrastructure
• Either have experience with service management within cloud solutions or a more technical background within building cloud infrastructure – either way, you feel confident making policies
• Speak and write English fluently
