To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Wound & Skin Care Senior Business Development Manager. In this exciting role, you will work closely with the Technology Scouting Manager, taking charge of assessing and validating the commercial viability of early stage Wound & Skin Care projects and technologies.

You will join a Wound and Skin Care Pipeline Management team that is specialized in bringing innovation projects to market. As our Wound and Skin Care Senior Business Development Manager, you will:
- Be the driving force behind Wound & Skin Care scoping and technology projects, ensuring their commercial viability
- Gather customer insight to support the development of new product- and services
- Asses the commercial and financial potential of new technologies, while ensuring their alignment with Coloplast Wound and Skin Care business strategy
- Work closely with Wound and Skin Care colleagues to facilitate workshops, consult and validate ideas, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Lead as the Wound and Skin Care commercial expert, presenting partnership prospects to Coloplast management, with a focus on strategic relevance, customer needs and financial viability
- Support the establishment of technology partnerships with innovation companies, by evaluating partner financials, competences, and motivation for collaboration
- Take the lead in setting up technology partnership models and facilitate the creation of contractual frameworks with the support of specialists and relevant technical / functional leads
- Travel 20-30 days a year, attending conferences and building relationship with industry experts, customers, and local market stakeholders, enriching your global perspective

- You hold a master’s degree within marketing, business or equivalent
- You have 5+ years of relevant experience with innovation and business development within pharma/medical device industry
- You have 3+ years of relevant experience with new product development, including a proven track record with cross-functional project management in an international setting
- You have strong financial acumen and experience with business case development / financial modelling
- You are fact based and a good communicator
- You are fluent in written and spoken English - Danish language skills are not required
