Working Student or Intern Operational Excellence (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Intern or a Working Student to join our international Operational Excellence Team at the European Distribution Centre (EDC) in Hamburg-Allermöhe. You want to get to know how Distribution at a global Medical Healthcare Manufacturer works? How we set standards and work on best possible logistic solutions? Gain practical experience in Distribution? Then this position is for you:

Your Responsibilities

• Implementation of projects (e.g. on the topic of efficiency improvement or project transparency)
• Implementation of methods in the area of Lean Management and Six Sigma
• Coordination and execution of trainings
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement process
• Research, analysis and processing of technical topics
• Execution of measurements and monitoring of key figures  

About You

• Advanced (progressed)  degree in industrial engineering, logistics or a comparable field of study
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Hands-On mentality / implementation of solutions in the production environment
• First contact points / basic knowledge in the area of Lean Management desirable
• Very good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
• Fluent command of German and preferably English in speaking and writing
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects

• Hands-On Mentalität / Umsetzung von Lösungen in Produktionsumfeld
• Erste Berührungspunkte/ Basiswissen von Lean Management wünschenswert
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Excel und MS Powerpoint)
• Gute Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten
• Flexibilität und Bereitschaft an verschiedenen Projekten teilzunehmen
