Operations Support Manager (m/f/d) - DACH Region

Coloplast develops products and services that make life easier for people with very personal medical needs. For our subsidiary Kerecis we are looking for an Operations Support Manager (m/f/d) - DACH Region in Hamburg.

Kerecis is an innovative company specializing in the development of products for medical care. Our solutions support effective treatment and improve patients' quality of life. We are looking to expand our team in Hamburg and are seeking an Operations Support Manager (m/f/d) full-time to optimize our sales processes in the DACH region and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Work independently, continuously identify areas for improvement, and make necessary changes to enhance processes.
• Primary Point of Escalation: Serve as the escalation point for the sales team, addressing and resolving issues promptly while ensuring coordination with relevant departments.
• Account Management: Process and coordinate new account submissions, including online and paper-based applications, in collaboration with Account Managers and the Sales Director.
• Proactive Initiatives: Implement initiatives that support and expand our DACH sales force.
• Representation at Congresses: Represent the company at European congresses and ensure seamless operational execution on-site.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including training and engagement activities.
• SOP Creation: Assist in the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Customer Operations Department, Employee Handbook, and Operations Guide.
• Reporting and Process Optimization: Collect feedback on products and processes to continuously improve operations, and provide regular reports on orders, sales, and insurance investigations.

Requirements:

• Master's degree from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations support or a similar role.
• Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and process enforcement skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, multinational environment.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments while working independently.
