工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose
➢根据公司整体战略,增强关键客户对企业文化和愿景的了解,传递公司专业化和行业领先的公司形象。负责关键医院重点客户管理,推动策略产品准入;支持相关政策在医院范围内的落地执行。

 

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities
➢负责建立区域内医院和公司长期战略合作伙伴关系
➢负责目标医院策略产品准入;并制定年度进院目标;执行和跟进入院过程和达成结果。
➢负责区域关键医院的重点客户管理,并定期进行专家拜访;
➢支持区域内重点医院的医保、招标和政策相关工作的落地执行。

 

任职资格Job Qualifications
➢医药及相关专业大学本科或以上学历
➢熟悉关键客户(例如院长/设备科主任等)的日常工作内容和相关决策过程
➢了解临床疾病相关和公司产品相关的重点信息。
➢熟悉公司内部各部门的日常业务流程。
➢了解公司针对关键客户相关的学术会议和交流平台的运作方式,并组织相关的活动。
➢至少3年KA工作经验并了解与医疗相关的法规和政策


技能Skills
➢掌握业务多个方面的沟通技巧,谈判技巧。
➢业务洞察能力和多角度管理复杂情况处理能力。
➢快速学习多领域知识的能力。
➢良好的团队协作能力
➢良好的Office办公软件使用技能。
