
The Training Specialist will assure all training contents are available and all training processes happen as planned.
He/she will execute the planning, organizing, and managing of training activities; focus on creating training content; and support all administrative aspects and legal requirements of the training process, to ensure smooth, traceable and efficient operations.

In this role, your challenge will be:
- Support the development and update of the training materials, including presentations, videos, manuals, and online resources, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to training activities, such as scheduling sessions, booking venues, and managing training records.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions, including sending out invitations, tracking attendance, and preparing necessary materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities, including participant lists, feedback forms, and certification records.
- Serve as a point of contact for trainers and trainees, providing information and support as needed.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analysing feedback from participants.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the training department.
The succesful candidate will have:
- Education: Highschool or university degree in administrative, education or human resources, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years in equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (Required).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in oral and written Portuguese and English.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a training or administrative role is an advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Creativity: Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Knowledge in edition software for content creation such as video and image edition software’s.
Physical or other job requirements
- Travel up to 20 days/year.
