The Role – Full Time
We are looking for an experienced nurse, to join our ‘Outstanding’ (CQC 2021) Nurse Team. 


As well as the relevant clinical skills, you must have the passion, drive and commitment to deliver stoma and bowel management services across the South Yorkshire, North Nott’s and Lincolnshire region.


You will have the ability to work as an independent practitioner, be a strategic thinker and be keen to build your commercial awareness and skills.

Self-motivation and a winning mindset are a must.


Essentials of the Role
We are looking for a Specialist Nurse to work in Partnership with our NHS colleagues.  To provide ethical and professional nursing services within our Chronic Care Division, (Bladder, Bowel and Stoma Care) within NMC guidelines. 

•    RGN, Nursing Degree
•    Stoma Care and/or Bowel Care experience, preferable
•    Sound interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
•    IT proficiency


Be able to
•    Deliver the highest standards of professional and ethical care to patients
•    Provide specialist stoma care and bowel management within the community / hospital clinics
•    Undertake an Appliance Use Review (AUR) on each clinical consultation as per company and Department of Health Guidelines
•    Support the patient pathway from hospital to home, providing home visits / virtual consultations
•    Effectively and efficiently plan, and manage own caseload and time
•    Communicate effectively and provide feedback to patients / carers and referring Healthcare professional
•    Maintain clinical records in accordance with Company, Legal and Professional requirements
•    Generate and maintain effective working relationships with health care professionals across the region 
•    Deliver educational support to fellow health care professionals 
•    Undertake service audit/evaluation activities
