About the Role
As a Coloplast Nurse, you’ll:

• Provide enhanced specialist care in Intermittent Self-Catheterisation (ISC) and Trans-anal Irrigation, filling a critical gap in patient services.
• Partner closely with NHS teams and consultants to offer extended, high-quality care and develop robust patient pathways.
• Run fast-paced catheter removal clinics, train clients in self-catheterisation, and conduct home visits for ISC or irrigation.
• Manage your own diary while working autonomously in a field-based role that includes clinics, virtual meetings, and engaging with spinal nurses.
• Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and organisation.

What You Bring

• Qualifications: RGN, community experience preferred.
• Specialist Skills: Ability to catheterise male and female clients, with strong knowledge of ISC and trans-anal irrigation.
• Adaptability: A willingness to embrace the shift from NHS to commercial healthcare, managing targets, and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Mobility: Flexibility to travel within London for field-based responsibilities.
• Personal Attributes: Strong communication and organisational skills, with a professional and proactive approach.
