主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Monitor call quality and execute call training through co-listening and coaching sessions
- Establish new Service & Solution team, processes, competences, incentives, KPIs
- Establish new Operation team responsbile for call training, performance management and processes
- Execute excellence call training to ensure high call quality and a strong consumer dialogue
- Evolve Triple E & Call Flow Model to establish a "Selling while Caring" mentality and better routines
- Enhance trade excellence capabilities to optimize cooperation with trade partners to drive impact
- Roll out the relevant training development program for staffs based on business needs
- Could independently and efficiently organized the training workshops
- Actively follow up with key talents through coaching and assist the whole department to accomplish the training targeted KPI
- Closely work with field team and makes sure the service standard, selling behaviour, professional knowledge and execution which are qualified
- Keep the training record and collective feedback from team to makes sure the training result
- Complete all operation and logistic including training material preparation, follow up training activity, training coordination with relevant functions
- Partners in the design and execution of training programs and tools for training needs

任职资格Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Over 5 years working experiences in training function, experiences with related industry is preferred
