  • Set the team and agenda to deliver revenue and profit growth in line with company targets to support the objectives defined in the Asia ambition.
  • Lead the thinking and commercial strategy for consumer journey.
  • Continuously maintain fact-based perspective on the China consumer market, competitive activity and our performance. Adjust market/product strategy and plans to influence / meet changing market to ensure the organization is pursuing the most promising and valuable business opportunities.
  • Build and lead the consumer team in China and act as a role model and coach for team members.
  • Ensure strong collaboration both local and global.
  • Part of the Management Team to contribute business decisions.

Professional Experience and skill

  • BS/BA in business, marketing or health sciences; MBA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of commercial experience from Consumer industry with a proven track record of results.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience from marketing or sales position, including build a strong, stable team 
  • Experience in setting a compelling commercial direction and build strong plans – and adjusts course fast if needed
  • The candidate must have had international exposure. The experience must be from a global company.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
