工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose

  • 负责自营公司自营渠道销售包含(阿里平台、抖音以及O2O),执行公司市场及销售策略,完成自营业务目标

 

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • 有效利用销售资源,监督执行部门内公司策略及市场活动计划,以达成业务目标;
  • 自营销售平台管理与推广
  • 所属平台的策略梳理;
  • 通过平台数据及时收集并分析市场信息,对竞争产品的销售策略做出快速反应,以保证公司产品与服务的市场竞争力
  • 监督、管理TP运营团队的日常销售工作,定期回顾绩效目标

 

 

 

任职资格Job Qualifications

  • 本科以上学历

 

 

  • 至少一年以上的网络销售平台(电商)团队管理经验或管理过线下Walmart Sam’s Club 系统总部对接谈判工作至少3年经验
  • FMCG 500强背景;奶粉、食品行业优先;
  • FMCG 500强管培生一年经验优先;
  • 如是2324应届生需 985211 统计学、计算机信息学专业
  • 年龄40岁以下
