  • Lead and manage the whole process of growth projects including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
  • Manage pricing bids and ensure balanced financial outcomes across various channels and regions by conducting comprehensive analysis and negotiations.
  • Oversee goods selection processes ensuring alignment with growth strategies, market trends, and customer demands.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and budgets; provide regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, departments, and external partners to ensure clarity of goals and efficient achievement of project objectives.

基本任职资格Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the pricing or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to completion successfully.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess pricing models and financial impacts.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative, with strong organizational skills
