此岗位主要负责市场部医学项目的设计与执行，通过提高HCP的专业理念和临床诊断和治疗的操作能力，推动行业和技术的发展。 |

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- 通过KOL拜访和项目中互动，了解行业专业领域的认知现状、痛点和潜在趋势，定期反馈相关信息和知识给销售管理团队和市场部产品团队
- 参与市场部全年战略筹划并贡献行业和专家相关内容，用于指导市场部年度计划的设定
- 根据市场部年度计划和产品组计划设计对内和对外的医学宣传内容和项目，包括但不限于文献解读、专家共识、行业指南、教学课件制作和讲师培训、病例比赛评估体系等
- 主导证据收集类项目，包括但不限于专家共识、系统性病例分析、临床研究和文章发表
- 主导医学内容对内对外的发布，支持产品组相关发布的医学专业部分内容的准确性
- 主导Coloplast Professional 相关项目，包括但不限于EWMA和HEAL项目
- 主导Advisory Board组建、会议日程设计和AB meeting中主持的工作，实现AB专家和会议产出对全国的教育类项目进行方向和内容的指引
- 管理重要意见领袖 (KOL), 设计KOL布局计划和对应的触达点和触达方式
- 执行直线经理所布置的其他日常工作

任职资格Job Qualifications
- 医学院校科毕业，临床专业优先，研究生及以上学历优先
- 具有5年以上工作经验，包括至少3年或以上的医学项目管理经验
- 具有外科临床经验优先
