As a key marketing role of Advanced Wound Dressing business area, this position is responsible for the full lifecycle product management (excluding R&D) of all products within a business unit, covering market research, product positioning, launch strategy, sales support, and end-of-life planning. The candidate should have a strong background in the medical device industry and be capable of leading a small team to execute cross-functional product strategies. |
