Marketing Insight and Strategy Manager

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

 

1. Market Insight & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, VoBP policies, and channel developments in Ostomy Care (OC) and Continence Care (IC).
  • Track competitor activities, white-space opportunities, and emerging threats (e.g., local entrants, new service models).
  • Synthesize insights from both primary and secondary research to build a fact-based view of the market.

 

2. Growth Opportunity Identification

  • Identify and quantify growth opportunities 
  • Build business cases (market sizing, financial modeling, ROI analysis) to support go/no-go decisions.

 

3. Data-Driven Decision Support

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Work with product team etc.to develop dashboards and factbooks to track market performance, portfolio health, and competitive positioning.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making – challenge assumptions with evidence

 

4. Influence & Strategic Alignment

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy and drive commercial action.
  • Frame insights in the context of business impact, and present compelling narratives to influence leadership decisions.
  • Build consensus across functions – use data to facilitate productive debates and drive alignment.

 

任职资格Job Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in marketing insight, strategy, business intelligence, or consulting roles.
  • Healthcare or medical device experience preferred – candidates with experience in pharmaceuticals, medtech, or healthcare consulting are preferred.
  • Experience in strategic projects – such as market entry, growth strategy, portfolio optimization, or new product commercialization.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and business case development (Excel, PowerPoint, basic financial modeling).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to turn data into insights and insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling – ability to present complex findings clearly to senior leadership.
  • Collaborative mindset – able to work effectively across marketing, sales, medical,   and global teams.
  • Curious and proactive – constantly seeking new data sources
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
