工作摘要/目的 Job Summary / Purpose

The position will be a part of the Greater China Leadership team, reporting directly to the Country Manager and will be responsible for managing the teams of Commercial Excellence, Commercial System and Distribution/Commercial operation. The role involves collaboration and stakeholder management across the whole organisation both local and global.

主要职责/责任 Essential Duties / Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the commercial strategy
  • Build and run our annual strategic planning process
  • Assess market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and commercial development strategies
  • Lead or participate in strategic projects, e.g. investment cases or commercial change management process’
  • Lead or help develop account-, S&T-, field- distributors-based tactics and strategies, to optimize our commercial impact

Performance Management:

  • Building efficient and high-quality performance management processes – encompassing the comprehensive organisation from the Senior Leadership Team to Frontline Team
  • Implement sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve sales performance
  • Developing, validating and delivering quarterly field / distributor bonus scheme and payouts

Commercial Data Analytics and Insights:

  • Responsibility encompasses all data analytics and insights across both Frontline (Hospitals and Distributors) and Consumer setup
  • Ensure build and maintenance of local data infrastructure and data models across BI and CRM landscape
  • Develop and utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to extract actionable insights
  • Help Senior Management decision making and facilitating best practice across Sales, Marketing and Consumer teams

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development

任职资格 Job Qualifications

  • Degree-educated in a business/economics field, post-graduate qualifications such as MBA beneficial
  • Worked in a matrix environment, ideally with healthcare industry and senior level analytical experience
  • Proven track record in improvements in forecasting, segmentation and targeting, performance management process development and implementation
  • Understands effective use of CRM, ideally salesforce.com
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Proven project / programme management skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent IT skills - super user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience from a combination of management consulting, commercial development, commercial finance roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English coupled with solid financial and general business acumen
