工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose

You will take on a key marketing role and ensure Coloplast benefits from the opportunities online when addressing End-Users/Patients/Consumers with the primary purpose to drive direct to consumer online campaigns and marketing. You must ensure that leads are generated and targeted campaigns are developed, launched and monitored towards End-User/Patient/Consumers at the various stages of their patient life cycle. The role also covers managing content of all Coloplast online and social media pages in general and constantly look to optimize the user journey

 

This candidate should also possess skills in launching new products, demonstrate abilities in product life cycle management, proven analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve growth challenges to unlock greater brand/product growth.  This role will require working hands-on with the Chronic Care marketing teams as well as CARE and DtC Sales teams to ensure we execute with excellence to achieve our desired goals.

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive consumer campaign strategy and toolbox development together with global Marketing based on strong local consumer insights
  • Content marketing strategy and execution with good medical/category knowledge and KOL/association/vertical media resource to strengthen the enduser education and engagement in community
  • Targeted online direct marketing towards End-Users (e.g. WeChat, DSP, EC) to grow patient share and recruit new/community patients to Coloplast
  • Online marketing activities roll-out plan and other product communication
  • Optimizing consumer portfolio management and launch plan
  • Ensure high marketing effectiveness and ROI on campaigns, leveraging on the expertise of the Business Insights team
  • Potentially manage local end-User communities, networks and social media where relevant
  • Establish and manage ongoing effective internal communication (sales, marketing, RA, GA and Commercial teams) to ensure coherence in our approach to consumers (End-Users)

任职资格Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years experiences in Consumer Marketing with proven success in portfolio management and brand management. Prior experience in cross-functional collaboration and strong communication skills with headquarters. Experience in Medical device/Pharma/OTC/Adults’ care or related industries or FMCG in a commercial role (responsible for marketing with specific commercial KPIs) is preferred.
  • Current role should be strong contributor lead and drive the strategies with a focus on build up brand awareness, end-user engagement and retention.
  • Ideal candidate is one who is looking for a leadership role in consumer marketing whom is interested and passionate about challenging oneself to setup a consumer marketing program from scratch that drives commercial success.

  • Proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategy and consumer campaigns using multiple channels (direct marketing, medical marketing, EC marketing, web, social media etc.)
  • Strong process and numerical skills with an analytical approach to marketing and an ability to identify and act on trends and insights.
  • An expert at managing multiple, complex projects across different stakeholders and moving these projects forward by getting timely consensus and/or differences resolved
  • Good communicator, willingness to share knowledge and able to get buy-in quickly
  • Independent thinker and a good team player, with abilities to convince stakeholders cross-functionally and change management.  Able to work independently to achieve this.
  • Good English (Written and Spoken) is a must

  • Good presentation & analytical skills
  • Strong capability of portfolio management with P&L
  • Working knowledge of CRM database and campaigns (Sales Force preferred but not necessary)
  • Leadership experience, with ability to coach and motivate staff without direct reporting lines
