岗位目的 / Purpose
负责先进伤口敷料在重点医院的产品进院项目以及策略性产品组合的经销商授权管理。通过制定并执行市场准入策略,推动产品在核心医院市场的可持续扩展和广泛应用,确保产品长期可及性、渠道效率提升及业务目标的达成。
Responsible for product listing projects in key hospitals for Advanced Wound Dressings and the distributor authorization of strategic product portfolios. Drives sustainable market expansion and broad adoption in core hospitals through the development and execution of market access strategies, ensuring long-term product availability, channel efficiency, and achievement of business objectives.
主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
1. 医院产品进院管理 | Hospital Product Listing Management (40%)
- 主导关键目标医院的产品进院项目,包括项目设计、政策制定、过程跟进及进院后评估。
Lead product listing initiatives in key target hospitals, including project design, policy development, process tracking, and post-listing evaluation. - 制定并管理年度进院计划,明确目标、时间表和关键绩效指标(KPI),确保产品顺利进院并持续保留在院。
Develop and manage annual listing plans with clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs to ensure smooth hospital entry and sustained in-hospital presence. - 与医院相关部门建立合作关系,推动产品进入医院目录并维持长期合作。
Build collaborative relationships with relevant hospital departments to facilitate formulary inclusion and long-term partnerships.
2. 经销商授权与渠道管理 | Distributor Authorization & Channel Management (40%)
- 负责策略性产品组合的经销商评估、授权、日常管理与监督,确保其在战略契合度、合规性及市场覆盖能力方面符合公司要求。
Responsible for evaluation, authorization, operations, and supervision of distributors for strategic product portfolios, ensuring alignment in strategy, compliance, and market coverage. - 建立明确的绩效评估标准,监督授权经销商在市场准入和业务执行方面的表现。
Establish clear performance metrics and monitor performance of authorized distributors in market access and business execution. - 与销售及供应链团队紧密协作,确保产品供应顺畅,协调直销与分销渠道的协同运作。
Collaborate closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless product supply and effective coordination between direct and indirect channels.
3. 合规性与战略支持 | Compliance & Strategic Support (20%)
- 确保所有市场准入活动符合当地法规、行业规范及公司内部政策。
Ensure all market access activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies. - 为招投标、定价策略及医保报销项目提供市场洞察与客户反馈支持。
Provide market insights and customer feedback to support tendering, pricing strategies, and reimbursement initiatives.
任职资格 / Qualifications
- 生命科学、药学、医学、商科或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or a related field. - 至少3–5年在制药、医疗器械或医疗健康行业从事市场准入、大客户管理或商务相关工作的经验。
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in market access, key account management, or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry. - 熟悉中国医院采购流程、产品入院决策机制及分销渠道运作。
Solid understanding of Chinese hospital procurement processes, product listing decision-making mechanisms, and distribution channel operations. - 具备医院产品准入流程、招投标及医疗政策相关知识者优先。
Prior knowledge of hospital product access processes, tendering, and healthcare policies is preferred.

Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - 可接受频繁的区域出差。
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
