工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose

The overall purpose is to support business units and company leaders in developing business strategies, enable data-driven commercial decisions, driving strong commercial processes and track the progress of strategy execution.    


主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

Support Director/Head of Commex and BD in the development of company/BU level strategies

Independently own the processes of improving business efficiency, sales/marketing execution, and overall business performance.

Responsible for translating strategies into actionable plans with concrete performance tracking measures (KPI) and continuously measure the success of strategy implementation.

Provide business insights by working with internal and external data. Working closely with both local Hospital/Distributor and Consumer Business Units, as well as members from other supporting functions .

Responsible for facilitating annual, quarterly, monthly business performance review processes

Facilitate annual business planning processes

Ad hoc requests


任职资格Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above within business, economics, marketing, finance or similar.

3~6 year’s experiences in strategy consulting, or strategy/business development/business analysis roles within commercial functions (marketing, sales operations). Experience in life science and healthcare industry is a plus.



Independently leading strategy projects with structured analytical approach

Experience with leading projects and working with multi-national organizations 

Independent thinker and a good team player, with abilities to convince stakeholders cross-functionally with data and insights

Open-mindedness and quick leaner

Strong business acumen and data-driven

Good communication skills



Well versed in MS Office applications (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)

Good analytical skills (exposure to data analytics visualization platforms such as Power BI).

Good Financial modelling skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
