The Marketing Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support across various departments within the company, including Marketing, Customer Service, Consumer Service, and Human Resources. This role involves organizing, supporting, and coordinating various operations, meetings, and projects to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the departments.

 

Your responsabilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple departments starting with the marketing department.
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers, clients and the sales teams.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners such as event agencies.
• Assist with document preparation, including creating, adapting, and modifying product and marketing assets.
• Manage inventory of marketing materials, ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained and reordered as necessary.
• Adapt and translate global documents as needed to support various departments.
• Maintain and manage databases, process invoices, and handle contractual agreements.
• Support various projects as assigned to assist different teams.
• General administration tasks such as travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and meeting arrangements.

 

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing, sales, or communication position.
• Strong experience in multiple software packages like Microsoft Word and Excel and an experience with CRM tools is certainly an asset.
• Excellent oral and written French, Dutch and English communicating skills
• Proactive and creative
• Prior experience in a similar industry is an asset.

• Excellent self-organization capabilities and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Rigorous attention to detail.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Good communicator preferably in at least two languages
