We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Market Access Manager to join our Belgium team!

As a Market Access Manager, you will be responsible for demonstrating the added value of our medical devices to policy makers and Health Insurance Companies (HICs) to secure reimbursement. You will play a crucial role in shaping public opinion and influencing policy to optimize reimbursement methodologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the process of opinion forming among HICs and the public regarding the value of Coloplast products.
  • Initiate and interpret healthcare economic studies, and set up local health economic studies.
  • Collaborate with HICs and policy-making bodies to assess and optimize existing reimbursement methodologies.
  • Represent Coloplast in the industry and public bodies to influence public debate.
  • Strengthen relationships with HICs.
  • Generate clinical evidence to prove cost-effectiveness and increased quality of life.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive integrated public affairs strategy.
  • Lead the development of value dossiers regarding the clinical, social, and economic added value of our current portfolio and future products.
  • Develop stakeholder maps for all brands and consistently communicate key policy messages to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in the Belgium MedTech PA/PR committee and represent Coloplast in patient organizations.

Your qualifications:

  • BA/MBA or BSc/MSc degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Market Access role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Belgian healthcare system and practices.
  • Understanding of Health Economic Models and thorough knowledge of regulatory and reimbursement processes.
  • Proven network in the industry.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
  • Fluent in Flemish/Dutch, French, and English.
  • You are a strategic thinker with highly influential and impactful communication skills.
  • You have strong presentation and communication skills.
