Join our dynamic team as the Head of Commercial Excellence BeNeLux and play a pivotal role in steering the success of our Chronic Care division. 

The Head of Commercial Excellence BeNeLux is responsible for leading the Commercial Excellence Chronic Care BeNeLux team. Your main task is to provide strategic and operational support to the company's management through professional information and project management, which forms the basis for management decisions and makes a lasting contribution to the improvement of decision-making processes.

 

Your key responsibilities/tasks

  • Being part of the BeNeLux Management Team and supporting the management in strategy development and management decisions through targeted analyses, reports and presentations that serve as recommendations for action, as well as the subsequent evaluation of success;
  • Professional development of sales reporting, customer planning, activity controlling and the bonus system to support sales management;
  • Continuous execution and further development of market and competitor analyses;
  • Successful implementation and participation in global strategic projects (e.g. business cases, pricing, segmentation & targeting);
  • Leadership and development of the department's staff.

 

Professional requirements

  • A Master’s degree with a focus on controlling, business/administration, MBA, economics or finance;
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in business controlling or internal consulting of a global company or comparable experience in management consultancy with a proven high level of success;
  • Several years of experience in working in close cooperation with company management and sales management;
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing a team of specialists;
  • Fluent in English – both written and verbal, Dutch and French are not required but a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Power BI, programming e.g. SQL server), as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with systems.
