In R&D, we listen to the needs of our customers and respond by bringing new and better product solutions to market. It takes a close collaboration between colleagues from many parts of the organisation to develop the best products. We are specialists, project managers, laboratory technicians, line managers etc. with various backgrounds within mechanical and process engineering, life science, clinical studies, design control, design for manufacturing, user insight and more.

Medical Affairs
Medical Affairs is responsible for providing the clinical / scientific input to product development, preparing the necessary clinical documentation of the product for approval, ensuring the generation and communication of evidence for successful product adoption, and proposing/driving the clinical pipelines (clinical studies).

Clinical Operations
Clinical Operations is responsible for the conduct of clinical studies within Chronic Care and Wound Care supporting innovation projects and market needs ensuring studies are conducted according to regulatory guidelines and on time and in the right quality.
