The purpose of the Innovation organisation is to define, develop and deliver Coloplast’s commercial offerings.
Innovation is part of our legacy – it built the company we have today - and it must carry the company forward. The only way to sustain above market growth over time is through innovation. Over the past strategy period, we have invested significantly in new innovation platforms across all of our Business Areas. To succeed, we need to bring these new innovations to the market and prove that they are clinically differentiated - as we operate in an environment with more demanding clinical/medical and access agendas.
