Commissioning Project Leader

 

In a global organisation, you will be a part of Project Leader team placed in Tatabánya. The Commissioning Project Leaders are responsible for projects where cross-border collaboration is required.
Our department is part of Global Engineering, and overall of Global Operations, which is responsible for manufacturing and for end-to-end distribution of medical devices within Ostomy Care, Continence Care and Wound & Skin Care in our factories in Denmark, Hungary, US and China.

The role of the Project Leader is to ensure the completion of commissioning projects according to scope, plan, and budget to support capacity extension in volume production.

 

Tasks:

  • Leading and managing international and highly complex projects with a global mind-set and holistic thinking
  • Managing and involving the project team, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure that the project team have a customer driven approach
  • Ensuring the completion of projects according to scope, plan, and budget
  • Report on relevant KPIs, effectively managing risk through mitigation planning
  • Ensuring project documentation to meet regulatory requirements and Coloplast standards
  • Ensure that Coloplast values and Leadership Promises are followed and acted upon to create maximum value for the project and the organisation

 

Expectation:

  • Relevant college / university degree with technical insight, e.g. Engineering
  • Experience in management of project teams and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian both spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 days a year
  • To keep open mindset
