Our Wound & Skin Care business is on an exciting growth journey. To help deliver on this ambition, we are looking for another talented colleague to join our Commercial Development team in Wound & Skin Care. The Commercial Development team has a wide area of responsibility covering both Commercial Excellence and Sales Excellence.

As our new Sales Training Manager within the Sales Excellence team, you will have a significant impact on how we enable our salespeople to succeed in effectively engaging with customers across different channels. You will be part of a journey to continuously ensure our salesforce is the most proficient in the industry and enabled to drive growth. 


Lean team with global reach 
At our global headquarters you will join the Wound & Skin Care business unit, which has subsidiaries across Europe, in the US and China. We are ~40 colleagues in Headquarters in Wound & Skin Care working collaboratively across all teams. Our office is in Humlebæk, but you will often feel closer to Beijing or Paris than the city of Copenhagen.

Supporting sales to drive growth 
You will have ownership of global sales excellence programs and support program development, local implementation, and execution. 


Specifically, this means that you:

  • Drive global implementation of sales development programmes through close collaboration with local markets
  • Take the lead in developing and keeping our onboarding program up-to-date for salespeople
  • Support local sales training initiatives 
  • Develop and produce blended learning sales training to support commercial priorities such as product launches and campaigns 


You have an eye for the final goal and the bigger picture
Connecting commercial challenges with effective competence development solutions is what you are all about and you naturally put the business needs of your stakeholders in the center of what you do. 


Besides that, you have:

  • Worked with learning and development 
  • Experience with developing sales training programs and material
  • Practical experience with conducing training of salespeople
  • Worked with project management in a global company for a few years
  • Interest in working in a digital universe
  • Speak and write English fluently – other languages are a plus (Danish is not a requirement)
  • Actual sales experience, ideally, however not a pre-requisite
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with Sales Excellence / Sales Training or similar function
  • BSc in economics and business administration 


With strong commercial understanding and good project leadership skills you naturally take ownership of your work and have a proactive attitude. Tight deadlines energize you, and you easily create structure in a workday where the tasks are many and the needs of the different stakeholders are diverse.

Finally, you have a high degree of flexibility when switching your focus from the bigger picture to the more practical details, depending on the situation.
If you have experience from another global company or experience understanding different cultures or stakeholder management abroad it will help you make a difference.
