QA Project Manager

Stepping into our HQ in Humlebæk, you will become part of QA Project Management. When introducing new products to the market, we make sure that we offer compliant products of the best possible quality for patients with intimate health care needs. These products range across ostomy, continence, wound and skin care but also electronics and embedded software solutions for medical devices. 

You will be welcomed by a diverse team of 11 QA PMs with different levels of experience and various nationalities. And though we work independently with our projects, we rely on each other to succeed. 

“The team is our home base, and we are incredibly good at sharing knowledge and helping each other out,” says Troels.

Bring forward new products as the ambassador for quality
You will be the quality representative in the innovation project core team, accountable for the organisation’s project deliverables. Here, you will be the one ensuring product quality across design control processes, regulatory compliance and production. 

Doing so, you will manage a core team of specialists within regulatory, process validation, biosafety, supplier quality, shelf life, transportation testing, labelling and vigilance.

Your tasks will be to:

• Guide quality specialists and ensure on-time project deliverables
• Assess, manage and mitigate product and project risks
• Coordinate activities across project stakeholders, especially from production, R&D and Marketing
• Present project milestones and issues to top management yourself
• Optimise and update quality processes in collaboration with your team and other stakeholders

”You will get the freedom to plan your own tasks and make the big calls yourself – also when it means standing your ground for the sake of quality,” Troels explains.

You are welcome to work from home a day a week or so – but in your role, it is important to be available to your team and stakeholders. Therefore, you should also expect 10-20 travel days a year, primarily to our production sites in Hungary, but also China and Costa Rica.

QA experience and a talent for networking
We imagine that you have previously worked with QA in R&D or production projects within the medical device industry. Thus, you know about ISO13485 and US FDA demands.

Now, you are looking to broaden your horizon, following a product from initial idea through to market introduction across quality disciplines. And you are ready to network and coordinate activities across a wide range of stakeholders – from top management level to the production floor.
