Join a highly skilled team
Joining global Supply Chain Development at our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will work with 5 OMP+ specialists to make a sustainable impact on global planning. The position is a part of the Advanced planning system team (APS) and is reporting directly to the Director of Supply Chain Development. 

“You will step into a team of Development Managers working with OMP+ who enjoy a great atmosphere and help each other succeed. You will be empowered to do things your own way and make the decisions you see fit” says Helle Skøtt, Director of Supply Chain Development. 

You will get the responsibility of securing global adoption, quality of OMP+ planning processes and support users with your expertise. In addition, you will provide inputs to future system enhancements as well as participate in projects as the system expert.

OMP+ System Manager, Global Supply Chain
The OMP+ Manager acts as an internal consultant. In your role, you will cooperate closely with local supply chain functions, Global IT and manufacturing sites. You will focus on the operational planning aspects as well as the demand mechanisms (sales forecasting) and S&OP mechanisms (production capacity calculations) as well as their interdependencies. Successful execution and global use of OMP+ is an imperative part of Coloplast’s supply chain strategy. 

More specifically, you will:

  • Conduct advanced support, consultancy and troubleshooting. 
  • Design enhancements and fixes to the advanced planning platform (OMP+). This include concept development, documentation and test
  • Develop and maintain user instructions, manage data structure
  • Conduct training sessions for end users based on collected inputs and support change management activities. 
  • Support global OMP+ development projects
  • Define focus areas based on input collected in training sessions and through advanced support. This includes documentation and presentation of the proposed focus area and cost/benefit considerations

Strong APS (Advanced Planning Systems) and stakeholder management skills 
As a person, you have experience with planning systems and knowledge about planning processes. You are curious, enthusiastic, patient and service minded and enjoy working with various stakeholders on all levels.
With your structured approach and persistency, you drive support and maintenance tasks independently all the way to the finish line. We expect you have:

  • A master’s degree within in computer science, engineering or similar.
  • Preferably experience from a similar role, maintaining and providing planning system consultancy, but this is not a requirement 
  • Special interest in systems. The right candidate is technically savvy and enjoys deep diving into technical details.
  • The ability to pinpoint improvement areas “solving problems”, not only “fixing” problems
  • Experience with change management, including definition of future governance models and adoption of initiatives with global stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills. 
  • You are fluent in English.

Finally, you are excited about working with international colleagues and enjoy the flexibility of working across time zones. Depending on the need, you will get the possibility to travel to our manufacturing sites.
