You will be part of our Digital Customer Solutions at our HQ in Humlebæk and will work alongside a group of digital heroes with a global outlook. Here, you and your colleagues dedicated to our Customer-facing Digital Platforms, will work together to develop digital solutions that make it easier for our users to gain access to their products, and empower them to take control.

Improve customer engagement through digital performance
You will play an important role in fulfilling our ambitions of making Coloplast a Consumer healthcare company through our Direct-to-Consumer market approach. Thus, you will lead development of our Consumer initiatives by collecting data and input from our end-users, Consumer program team, and subsidiaries. 

Working with our Consumer solutions, you will be responsible for the product development, timeline, and collaboration with our partners in Commercial Development ensuring impact and busines value is reached when features are launched. 

We work in a fully scaled Agile SAFe set-up, where your will be the PO within your own development team, ranging from UX and design to front- and back-end developers. Your daily sparring partners will be our local markets, UX & designers, Scrum Master and Solution Architect. As such, you will go from discussing user needs and understand the challenges of a specific requirement one day to discussing a CRM integration with your solution architect the next.


More specifically, you:

  • Develop solutions for Direct-to-Consumer services to provide easy access to vital products
  • Guide our digital and marketing managers in subsidiaries in the usage of our digital services
  • Drive requirements and points for integration
  • Provide transparency across the stakeholder organization in terms of roadmap, timeline and release overview
  • Extract and interpret data from various sources to develop solutions to grow the business
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as CRM, ERP and local markets, to develop and refine user stories for agile development
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, including performance metrics for overall program performance

Experienced Product Owner 
You have a strong commercial understanding and thrive in an environment with digital projects at scale. Also, you have great stakeholder management skills and the ability to make things happen. Furthermore, a structured, data-driven, and analytical approach will help you interpret data and transform it into concrete digital products.


Moreover, you:

  • Have 5+ years’ experience as Product Owner, Digital Project Manager, Delivery Lead or similar role. 
  • Have 5+ years’ experience in planning large scale development- & migration projects
  • Are excellent in stakeholder management and value clear and transparent communication
  • Have knowledge of SAFe or willing to try working in a SAFe delivery model
  • Are fluent in English, in both speech and writing – Danish is not a prerequisite.
