Coloplast Strive is a 2-year graduate program for recent graduates striving for an accelerated global career within the MedTech industry. We offer various tracks across the value chain with a stimulating learning journey, all while contributing to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.
 
The program consists of two, 12-month rotations, one in your home country and one abroad for most tracks. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.
 
After completing the program, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract. 
 
Join our Global Pricing & Trade team 
Starting no later than September 1st, 2023, you will spend the first 12 months of the program in our global Pricing & Trade team at our Global HQ in Humlebæk, Denmark. The team consists of 6 highly skilled and motivated colleagues, working for optimal pricing and growth for our innovative products. We are closely collaborating with Product Management and have strong ties directly to our markets to continuously work on optimising portfolio pricing and growth.
 
After completing the first half of the program, you will get to embark on a 12 month adventure to one of our larger subsidiaries in another country. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role for you to complete your graduate program.
 
What this role has to offer you
In this role, you will be an important part in securing the backbone of a profitable growth journey for our Chronic Care and Wound Care business areas. We offer you a broad role where you make your way across the organisation working with various stakeholders to define optimal pricing strategies, create and optimise tools and solutions for pricing processes and structures. Developing and implementing these, you will have a clear impact on both our top and bottom line. This position offers up a large network and the prospect of building a solid back-pack of commercial understanding of our business which you can use in your future career in Coloplast. 
 
Specifically, you will:

• Strategic pricing responsibility for new product development and mature portfolio for one of our main business areas and support on other business areas
• Facilitate our price approval process and implementation of global pricing strategies
• Monitor compliance to pricing policies and price development
• Facilitate business case approvals and maintenance of pricing databases
• Development of pricing solutions and tools
• Reporting of KPIs to senior management in HQ and subsidiaries

• Have a strong performance track record in terms of grades & between 0-3 years of work experience
• Have a strong personal drive and great interpersonal skills
• Curious and eager to learn, contribute and work in teams
• Are not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo

• Are mobile and flexible with a strong desire & capability to live and work abroad
• Are fluent in English
