Working Student or Intern Operational Excellence (m/f/d)

We are searching for an intern or working student, to join our Operational Excellence Team. This position is based in our European Distribution Centre (EDC), Hamburg-Allermöhe. 

Coloplast develops products and services that make life easier for people with very personal and private medical conditions. Working closely with the people who use our products, we create solutions that are sensitive to their special needs. We call this intimate healthcare. Our business includes Ostomy Care, Continence Care, Wound & Skin Care, Interventional Urology and Voice & Respiratory Care. We operate globally and our organization has about 14,500 employees worldwide and of these, 130 employees work in our European Distribution Centre. 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Implementation of projects (e.g. on the topic of efficiency improvement or project transparency)
• Implementation of methods in the area of Lean Management and Six Sigma
• Coordination and execution of trainings
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement process
• Research, analysis and processing of technical topics
• Execution of measurements and monitoring of key figures  

Your professional and personal qualifications: 

• Advanced (progressed)  degree in industrial engineering, logistics or a comparable field of study
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Hands-On mentality / implementation of solutions in the production environment
• First contact points / basic knowledge in the area of Lean Management desirable
• Very good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
• Fluent command of German and preferably English in speaking and writing
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects

Für unser  internationales Distribution Excellence Team suchen wir einen Praktikanten oder Werkstudenten (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams im europäischen Distributionszentrum (EDC) in Hamburg-Allermöhe. 

Coloplast entwickelt Produkte und Dienstleistungen, die das Leben für Menschen mit sehr persönlichen medizinischen Bedingungen erleichtern. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Menschen, die unsere Produkte nutzen, schaffen wir Lösungen, die auf ihre speziellen Bedürfnisse eingehen. Wir nennen dies “intime Gesundheitsversorgung”. Unser Geschäft umfasst Stomaversorgung, Kontinenzversorgung, Wund- und Hautpflege, interventionelle Urologie sowie Stimm- und Atemwegspflege. Unsere Organisation agiert weltweit und beschäftigt insgesamt etwa 14.500 Mitarbeiter, von denen etwa 130 bei uns im Europäischen Distributionszentrum tätig sind.
 

Deine wesentlichen Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten: 

• Durchführung von Projekten (z.B. zum Thema Effizienzsteigerung oder Projekttransparenz)
• Umsetzung von Methoden im Bereich Lean Management und Six Sigma
• Koordination und Durchführung von Trainings
• Mitarbeit beim kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
• Selbstständige Recherchen, Analysen und Aufarbeitung von fachlichen Themengebieten
• Durchführung von Messungen und Überwachung von Kennzahlen
   

Deine fachlichen und persönlichen Qualifikationen: 

• Fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik oder vergleichbares Studienfach
• Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Hands-On Mentalität / Umsetzung von Lösungen in Produktionsumfeld
• Erste Berührungspunkte/ Basiswissen von Lean Management wünschenswert
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Excel und MS Powerpoint)
• Gute Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten
• Flexibilität und Bereitschaft an verschiedenen Projekten teilzunehmen
