General Manager Lilial (m/w/d)

Our future Managing Director will be responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of Lilial's strategic plans, in order to ensure the growth and manage the expenses.

 

Main responsibilities :

- Deploy strategies and action plans to deliver on the growth ambition and market share gain

- Be responsible for the direction and realization of the Annual Business Plan and its presentation to the group, including the preparation of budgets, P&L, monthly analysis of results, sales forecasts, as well as adjustments during the year

- Identify innovative approaches to increase revenue and profitability

- Work closely with HQ functions, translate global initiatives into local plans - act as an ambassador between HQ and the subsidiary

- Create a performance culture that reflects company values ​​and encourages sustainable performance

-Oversee operations and maintain project timelines to ensure target are achieved

- Drive constant improvement

- Support commercial negotiations an.d follow-up for strategic manufacturers, manage relationships with key opinion leaders

- Actively participate and represent the company in working groups and branch trade union organizations to promote our commercial interests and the various market players (health authorities)

- Manage the entire organization, in particular the leadership team, in order to strengthen team cohesion and develop everyone's support, accountability and cooperation, in line with our leadership promise

- Recruit, manage and develop a management team of 7 people in charge of operations, marketing, customer relations, human resources, sales

- Essential element of a benevolent social climate, including work council representation

 

What you'll need?

To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

  • A successful track record in similar senior role within the B to C business, ideally with experience in medical device or healthcare industry
  • An individual who communicates with impact and clarity to all levels; builds effective and supportive working relationships
  • Indepedent and pragmatic drive, you’ll need to identify issues, diagnose, and take action with a solution-oriented mindset
  • A proven record of developing team members, creating followership, and bringing teams together to drive volume and deliver excellence.
  • The individual to be highly numerically able, with strong analytic skills, ability to interpret and utilize economic and financial  data (P&L)
  • A proven strategic and performance leadership capability; able to initiate and lead change; delivers tangible results; demonstrates toughness under pressure and a competitive spirit.
  • On-site job, regular attendance in our office in Angers
  • Fluent in both French and English
