Your Responsibilities
---- Standard or Non-standard components of the machines.
---- New suppliers sourcing and development in terms of technology, quality, cost and delivery according to Coloplast Standard.
---- Follow up delivery with suppliers to make sure projects milestone are well catching up.
---- Manage suppliers and ensure internal stakeholders have good service, including but not limited to technical support, training service, quality issues, delivery issues etc.
---- Suppliers development, together with local engineers, PM and /or necessary support from DK and HU.
---- Carry out negotiation with inputs from PM and other team members and secure a good balance regarding quality, delivery and price.
---- Ensure competitive pricing and reasonable biz of Coloplast’s interest.
---- Ensuring purchasing KPI including but not limited to materials cost saving, quality and delivery are achieved.
---- Investigate cost reduction opportunities through new suppliers or changes in current suppliers’ materials or processes and make recommendations.
---- Continuously localizing parts from EU to CN with balance of quality, delivery time and cost.
---- Proactively communication with Engineering and PM team.
---- Support Global team for contacts negotiation with global strategic suppliers.
---- Support non-STD whenever needed.
Your qualifications
---- Bachelor degree, Mechanical, Automation or Electrical Engineering are preferred.
---- >5 years work experience from international/manufacturing company. Preferable experience of automated machines.
---- Good at communication, contact with people.
---- Cost awareness and has good merchant acumen.
---- Good cooperation skills and abilities to work in an international environment.
---- Supportive and service mindset.
---- Able to work in a structured way even with many simultaneously tasks.
---- Negotiation in different organization level.
---- Integrity, positive, proactive, team spirit and good humour.
---- Written and verbal English.
