Role Overview
Take charge of process re-validation, optimization, and quality enhancement to elevate efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the re-validation of equipment and processes, while developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Drive workflow optimization initiatives to enhance quality, minimize waste, and boost efficiency.
Handle customer complaints and manage process nonconformities, focusing on root cause analysis and resolution.
Collaborate with equipment teams to improve safety, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and process capability (CPK).
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Experience: 3–5 years as a Process Engineer.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Strong English language skills.
Competency with CAD/3D modeling tools.
Communication: Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
