Head of Finance

You will lead and manage our Finance & IT function with 7 dedicated colleagues, 5 finance professionals and 2 IT expertise. You will be part of our local management team.

You are expected to:

Set a clear direction for your department

You will be responsible for our Finance and IT and ensure that we meet our obligations within these 2 areas and developing and managing your employees.

More specifically, you will become responsible for:

• Managing your team and ensuring their development and growth
• Finance and IT at site-level
• KPIs definitions, projects and other target settings as well as review and approval for this department.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, laws and regulations in terms of Finance and IT.
• Handling audits and reporting

Be an experienced people manager with a firm grasp on Finance

You are known for your natural authority and innate ability to motivate and guide those around you. What is more, you have great interpersonal skills, and your natural curiosity enables you to navigate different cultures with ease. Your team player mentality ensures that you are always ready to support your colleagues, you master the art of stakeholder management.

Furthermore, you:

• Are an experienced manager
• Have a relevant degree in finance or similar
• Have solid experience with accounting, reporting and auditing in manufacturing industry from a similar role –
• Are analytical and organized
• Are self-driven and dare to challenge
• Have excellent presentation skills and are ready to present numbers to the management team
• Speak and write English fluently
