Head of Finance

What you need to do

1. Own overall responsibility for Finance and IT functions at the site.
2. Lead and develop staff in alignment with Coloplast leadership principles.
3. Ensure compliance with CAS, IFRS, CIT, Coloplast accounting guidelines, corporate IT policies, and local compliance requirements.
4. Overall responsibility for site financial controlling, including business cases, investment proposals, savings initiatives, and other business decisions.
5. Own the forecasting process and financial reporting for the site and headquarters.
6. Be responsible for the accounting function and approve payments in the e-banking systems.
7. Act as ISO 27001 system manager and coordinator for related activities, including audit coordination, corrective action follow-up, Statement of Applicability maintenance, and communication with Global IT and Local IT.
8. Coordinate support between Global IT and Local IT as needed.
9. Serve as a member of the Zhuhai STC for new projects.
10. Serve as a member of the Non-BOM decision board responsible for supervising new and existing suppliers.

Your qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
2. Solid knowledge of ERP systems, particularly within a production environment.
3. Good understanding of IT systems in general.
4. Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications.
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
6. Good knowledge and awareness of EHS requirements.
7. Good knowledge and awareness of ISO 27001 requirements.
8. Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
9. Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an advantage.
