我们需要你，

1. 协助大区经理管理销售团队，以完成团队业务目标；
2. 有效执行市场及销售计划，负责达成团队销售指标； 3. 负责区域内关键客户的管理与维护工作；
4. 收集并分析竞争产品信息，及时反馈至销售部管理层和市场部，以帮助公司及上级进行决策；
5. 监督、管理销售团队的日常销售工作，定期回顾绩效目标；
6. 辅导、发展下属的产品知识及销售技巧等专业知识；
7. 建立、维护当地经销商网络，并配合商务部进行经销商的日常管理工作；
8. 协助公司相关部门进行当地医保、物价、招投标等工作。

我们希望你，

1. 大专或以上学历，临床、护理等相关专业优先；
2. 5年及以上医药销售经验，至少1年医药行业跨国公司管理经验；
3.优秀的领导力、人际关系处理能力和沟通技巧；
4. 优秀的销售管理技巧；
5. 关键客户管理能力；
6. 大型学术活动策划及组织能力；
7. 数据分析及市场分析能力；
8. 良好的沟通能力；
9. 良好的面试技巧。
