Reporting to the Polish Head of Commercial Development and based in Warsaw, you will be joining Coloplast Poland – an organization working to make a real difference in patients’ lives and with strong growth potential.

 

To succeed in this role, you need to manage and support our commercial and client facing organization and ensure we can maintain and further develop our position in the market which is under constant transformation. Key to this will be to further improve internal performance management processes & data analysis as well as lead local business development initiatives. In this way you will have tangible impact on our performance and the development of the business, through your overview, strong use of data and metrics, project management skills and competent decision-making. High performance in this role will create opportunities for career growth.

 

Your success is also greatly determined by how you interact and engage with your primary stakeholders:

  • General Manager of Poland
  • Polish Head of Commercial Development and your peers in the other Nordic & Central European countries
  • The Polish commercial teams and their leaders
  • Global Commercial Finance and Development functions covering business performance management.

 

Functional Accountability:

 

You are an active partner to the Polish leadership team and ensure alignment between the global commercial excellence strategy and the local strategies and plans – all to support our mission and sales growth ambitions. In more details you will be responsible and/or involved in the following …

 

Executing and developing our local commercial processes

  • Drive performance management processes and reporting in close cooperation with Head of ComDev
  • Develop and execute local standard reports around sales teams, products, customers, contracts, marketing, direct and general business performance
  • Identify data gaps, lead data collection, data manipulation and subsequent analysis
  • Implement appropriate analysis & KPIs in cooperation with the sales, marketing, consumer and direct teams, including developing and setting the yearly targets and ensure follow-up
  • Lead our ComEx programs such as Segmentation and Targeting
  • Support the local Annual Business Planning and target setting process in cooperation with the leadership team

 

Decision making and business development

  • Support the business development agenda
  • Support strategic projects and business cases for analysis, submission and approval.
  • Present action plans and identify resources needed

 

Meetings and knowledge sharing

  • Participate in performance meetings, organise/lead, generate insights with leaders and contribute with analysis, strategic direction and presentations
  • Build a strong network to ensure knowledge sharing between the Coloplast Poland, the region and with HQ

  • Education: MSc in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent
  • Curiosity: To understand why our performance is trending as it is, and how to improve it
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven track record in commercial project management, business performance management and business analysis, fueled by strong quantitative, analytical, investigative and documentation skills
  • Drive: Self-motivated and high energy personality thriving in a “hands on”, fast-paced environment, characterized by growth, change and opportunity
  • Quick learner: Intellectual capacity with a high degree of common sense, resourcefulness, “customer/service” orientation and flexibility
  • Decisionmaker: Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions independently with a high degree of accuracy and to challenge the status quo and create best practices
  • Analytical: Able to define critical data requirements, guide data collection, and convert analysis into actionable insights
  • Communication: Able to effectively communicate with all levels and areas of the organization, supporting multiple projects and manage deadlines
  • Fun to be around: You contribute positively to our culture, so a good sense of humor and passion is an absolute must
  • Valid passport: You communicate effortless in both English and Polish and are ready to travel around 15-20 days per year
  • Excel- and PowerPoint-ninja: High proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word. Experience in CRM systems and PowerBI is an advantage
  • Valid driver's license
