About the Team:

 

The Commercial Development team is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and maximizing the organization's revenue potential. We combine market analysis, sales strategy, and negotiation skills to effectively bring products and services to market and scale the company's operations.

We operate at the intersection of sales, marketing, finance, and operations, providing a coherent approach to company growth. Our goal is not only to generate revenue but above all to build a lasting competitive advantage and long-term value.

Reporting to the Polish Head of Commercial Development and based in Warsaw, you will be joining Coloplast Poland – an organization working to make a real difference in patients’ lives and with strong growth potential.

 

The Business Systems & Reporting Analyst plays a key role in supporting commercial excellence by ensuring local system maintenance and development as well as driving data structuring, reporting and analytics. The Analyst works to further develop internal business system functionality, data and analytics to drive business growth. The Analyst will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Consumer Care, and Operations teams to provide metrics and insights.

 

Your success is also greatly determined by how you interact and engage with your primary stakeholders:

  • Head of Commercial Development and your peers in the team
  • The Polish commercial teams and their leaders
  • External solution providers

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Driving ongoing maintenance and development of business systems

  • Further develop data ecosystem as integrated environment for managing data, tools and processes
  • Digitalize key business processes to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
  • Integrate data from various sources to provide a holistic view of the company’s consumer position and engagement performance
  • Drive patient data collection transfer from online sources to the CRM
  • Implement improvements in reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

 

Own PowerBI dashboards & further develop reporting capabilities to drive insights

  • Own consumer metric PowerBI dashboards that support sales, marketing and consumer teams
  • Provide metrics as part of the sales and consumer bonus tracking
  • Provide analytics & insight for leadership team to support decision making

 

Requirements:

 

  • Education: Higher education, preferably in fields such as Economics, Finance, Controlling, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science
  • Language skills: Fluent Polish and a good command of the English
  • Experience: 2-4 years of proven track record in business systems analysis, reporting or data analytics role
  • Communication: Able to effectively communicate with all levels and areas of the organization
  • Fun to be around: You contribute positively to our culture, so a good sense of humour and passion is an absolute must

 

Competencies:

 

  • Knowledge of databases and tools such as Access, Cognos, SalesForce.com, other reporting tools, or CRM systems
  • Ability to merge and analyze data from different sources.
  • SQL experience/proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with BI Tools (Power BI preferred) including practical experience in implementing changes in reporting and data analysis processes
  • Completed analyses of discounts, profitability, targeting, or factors affecting the company's market position will be an additional asset
