Who you are:

Due to an exciting period of accelerated growth, Coloplast are looking to fill a newly created role to Lead our Consumer Sales Team. 

This role is responsible for the operational management and driving performance of the phone based Consumer Sales Team, ensuring effective execution of our partnership sales call flow model. This role will proactively manage day to day operations of the team, coach individuals to success while ensuring compliance with all procedures. Through talent management, excellent execution and continuous improvement you will ensure that Coloplast business goals are met. Additionally, you’ll be directly responsible for the management, performance and daily supervision / support of direct reports within the Consumer Sales Team.

 

Reporting to the Head of Consumer Care, you will work together to continuously develop opportunities and fundamentally develop and improve our Consumer Sales business in all aspects and support our mission of “making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs”

Your responsibility:

  • Daily management of direct reports.
  • Drive Consumer Sales team to meet Consumer Revenue targets in an ethical manner.
  • Ensure team members are immediately informed of, and held accountable for, new products, processes, and procedures so they can better serve the end user.
  • Development of team as well as fostering a productive learning environment.
  • Monitor, measure, manage, coach and motivate team members to effectively engage with end users, clinicians and other stakeholders with whom the team interacts.
  • Recruit and develop direct reports, utilising all Coloplast tools, processes and resources
  • Responsible for managing implementation of Consumer Sales processes, ensuring alignment, education, efficiency and compliance at all times
  • Responsible for quality assurance procedures and monitors team phone calls to ensure high level of knowledge, skills and abilities; adherence to all relevant internal and external legislation and guidelines
  • Assess competencies and implement ongoing training and development programs to continuously drive successful business results; leveraging and researching internal team resources and third party offerings
  • Foster a collaborative team environment able to work with the broader business to identify opportunities to make the team more effective.

The Successful Candidate: 

  • Proven track record and experience in customer focused environment, preferably B2C contact centre
  • Experience and high performance in a similar position
  • Ability to motivate their team to achieve targets
  • Cross Functional project management experience 
  • Highly structured approach with attention to detail and proper documentation of all work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful working in cross-functional teams 
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM 
  • A passion to make a difference in the lives of our consumers.
