Who you are:

You are an energetic, experienced and self-driven National Account Manager who has a passion to make a difference in the world of wound care. This permanent position is pivotal in continuing to drive our success in the wound care area during a period of accelerated sales growth.

Based in either Melbourne or Sydney, you will lead a team of Community Business Development Managers and be responsible for Coloplast Account Management nationally. You will have a strong background in wound care and use your community network to partner with the Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers, driving the growth strategy across community channels.


As National Account Manager you will:

  • Implement sales direction and strategic business development within Community Accounts.
  • Manage, develop and grow new and existing National Accounts.
  • Drive the Business Development team, creating Account access and increasing sales opportunities.
  • Influence outcomes in Aged Care and the Community.
  • Develop business proposals for Community business.
  • Develop solid working partnerships with targeted professionals.

Skills & experience:

We believe a successful National Account Manager at Coloplast requires a combination of: 

  • Demonstrated success selling wound care products.
  • Strong understanding of the wound care market and market dynamics.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Passion to improve the quality of life for our consumers.
  • Exceptional business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve targets.
  • Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
