Who you are:

Coloplast ANZ is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Medical Marketing Manager to take our Ostomy and Continence Care business to the next level. 

With the support of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, executing and communicating the medical marketing plan for the Ostomy and Continence related product range in line with our Global Strategy and local market. 

The Medical Marketing Manager will play a key role in the positioning of our Coloplast Professional Brand and will be the local clinical expert, partnering strategically with internal and external stakeholders to drive the Medical Marketing objectives. You will also support the business objectives for market share, growth and sales by positioning Coloplast as the leader in Health Care professional clinical engagement, upskilling and support of evidence generation and use. 

 

Your responsibility:

  • Develop and implement medical marketing strategies that achieve product and therapy adoption within the Continence and Ostomy space across ANZ
  • Develop and continuously improve Coloplast professional material and content to ensure the brand is the educational resource of choice across for Health Care Professionals
  • Develop HCP focused educational events including dinner events, webinars and symposiums/conference sessions in alignment with OC and CC Marketing Managers
  • Support OC and CC Marketing Managers in e-mail communications to Health Care Professionals
  • Undertake strategic planning and execution of Medical Marketing initiatives aimed at Health Care Professionals in collaboration with OC and CC Marketing Managers
  • Maintain relevant information and evidence for Ostomy Care, intermittent catheterisation and Trans Anal Irrigation with Marketing and Sales teams to be developed into relevant communication material for Nursing and Territory Managers
  • Work with local hospitals and institutions to develop relevant ostomy or continence pathways, protocols and evidence for the implementation of best practice across both business areas
  • Initiate, develop and implement clinical trials, both as part of global studies in collaboration with Global Medical Marketing, and on a local level, supporting Market Access with evidence generation
  • Work with OC and CC Marketing Managers to support upskilling and training of the Sales team in areas where greater medical knowledge is required

 

Your skills & Experience:

  • Relevant qualifications within Science or Healthcare to provide adequate clinical exposure
  • Strong track record in developing medical messaging to drive change in practice
  • Experience with developing, presenting and/or publishing clinical evidence
  • Strong communication in both written and verbal settings
  • Experience within Sales and/or Marketing highly advantageous
  • Willingness to travel both interstate and internationally
