Who you are:

You are an energetic and passionate professional with experience providing exceptional customer service. You are an excellent communicator with a high level of attention detail.

Our Customer Service Officer will act as the first point of contact for Coloplast business customers and will be responsible for building strong relationships, processing orders, conducting order investigations and assisting with out of stock product queries.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner and with accuracy.
  • Liaise with Operations and Logistics in relation to order status and inventory availability.
  • Make and receive inbound and outbound customer calls where required.
  • Liaise with customer enquiries over the phone and via email, helping resolve issues and providing general information and customer service.
  • Accurate data entry and general high level administration duties.
  • Assist with website enquiries.
  • Track orders from inception through to delivery and provide customers with order updates where required.
  • Coordinate with freight partners the delivery and return of customer orders.

 

To succeed:

  • Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service
  • Proactivity and a focus on quality
  • Ambition, persistence, and the ability to think on your feet
  • Effective communication to a broad range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Intermediate capability across the MS Office suite (Word and Excel in particular).
  • Knowledge of a customer ordering system highly desirable but not essential
  • Healthcare industry knowledge highly desirable but not essential
  • A passion for improving the lives of our consumers absolutely essential!
