Who you are?

 

You are an energetic and tech-savvy professional with a background in delivering exceptional customer service. You are an excellent communicator with a high level of attention detail.

Our Customer Service Representative will act as the first point of contact for Coloplast customers and will be responsible for building strong relationships, processing orders, conducting order investigations and assisting with out of stock product queries.

This is a permanent, full time position based in our Notting Hill head office.

 

What’s your responsibility?

 

  • Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner and with accuracy.
  • Liaise with Operations and Logistics in relation to order status and inventory availability.
  • Make and receive inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Respond to customer enquiries over the phone and via email, helping resolve issues and providing general information and customer service.
  • Accurate data entry and general high level administration duties.
  • Assist with website enquiries.
  • Track orders from inception through to delivery.
  • Provide customers with order updates where required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

 

What do you need to be a successful Customer Service Representative at Coloplast?

 

  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service
  • Proactivity and a focus on quality 
  • Ambition and persistence and the ability to think on his/her feet
  • Effective communication to a broad range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Intermediate capability across the MS Office suite (Word and Excel in particular).
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards (E1) or alternate ERP system/s highly desirable
  • Understanding of the various ordering methods, such Portal, EDI, email etc. highly desirable.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge highly desirable.
  • A passion for improving the lives of our consumers.
